First place your feet like this on your board.
Next try and position yourself like this.

Then with the foot that is nearest the back of the board, push down and take your weight off your other foot like in the picture.
Immediately after doing this, with the foot that is nearest the front, slide it along to the front of your board.

The previous step will take you into a mid air position like this.
Now you can carry on skateboarding! And that is how you Ollie!
Frontside 180

Get your feet on your board into the same position as you would to do an Ollie.
Then get yourself into the starting position for an Ollie.

Next get ready to Ollie, but prepare yourself to turn either right or left while doing so.
While in mid-air, follow the arrows on the diagram and this is the direction you direct you skateboard using your feet.

You will find yourself in this position. Keep turning until you are 180 degrees from where you started.
Now land back on the ground and continue skateboarding! This is how to do a frontside 180!
